With your Eskuta you won’t have to charge too often as a full charge takes you approx. 40-50 miles – depending on the model – and will only cost you around 10p. When you do have to charge you can do it in 2 ways: 1) Plug the adaptor directly into the charging socket on the bike. or 2) Simply remove your lightweight lithium-ion battery and take it in your home, school, university, work or anywhere with a standard 13 amp socket outlet and charge away.
On a completely flat battery, a full charge will take around 5-6 hours. However, if you retain 30% of charge – which we recommend for your batteries optimum performance – the charging time reduces to 1.5 – 2.5 hours (depending on the model).
